"Lost its shape after one swim"
I wore it for one swim and it stretched out so much that it stayed saggy afterward. Disappointing because it fit fine at first. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Cute, but the coverage isn’t great"
It fits okay and it’s definitely cute, but I was hoping for a little more coverage. I also found it kind of annoying that it wasn’t super clear who actually owns or stands behind the product, so if I had an issue I wasn’t sure who I’d even reach out to

"Pretty Limited Selection"
I mean, it was fine, I guess. I was totally calm about it, but after a few minutes everything started to look basically the same, so browsing got boring fast. Not really much variety to choose from.

"Packaging was a letdown"
The packaging was disappointing. It showed up in this flimsy bag with barely any protection, and the box inside was all bent up. I don’t know, I guess I expected it to be packed a little more carefully, especially since shipping can be rough. Just kind of frustrating to open it and see that right away.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from infamousswim.com: check the total before you get too excited. I thought the swimsuits looked cute, but once I saw the prices, I was surprised.

Then shipping got added on, and it felt even harder to justify. I kept looking around the site thinking maybe I missed a discount code or some kind of sale, but I didn’t see anything that made the price feel better.
I really wanted to like it, but the cost put me off completely. There are plenty of other places with similar styles for less, so I’d definitely compare before buying

trying to shop on my phone was such a pain. The site kept lagging, the filters weren’t working properly, and checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. I gave up after about 10 minutes...

"Exchange worked out, but the policy felt a bit messy"
I needed to exchange a swimsuit for a different size, and overall it did get sorted out. The instructions were clear, but the replies were slower than I expected and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. What bugged me a little was how the exchange policy had these little loopholes where it technically explains things, but not in a way that feels very customer-friendly. I did get the new swimsuit eventually and it fit much better, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick or straightforward as it could’ve been.

"Cute, but here we go again with the uncomfortable fit"
I really wanted this to work because it looks super cute, especially in photos. But once I actually wore it for a bit, I had the same issue I always seem to run into: it just wasn’t comfortable. The straps started rubbing quickly, and the bottoms felt tight in all the wrong places. It’s frustrating because it looks great, but wearing it was more annoying than anything. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Family matching was kind of a bust"
I was trying to get matching suits for the whole family, but the sizes and prints were all over the place. The kids had one option, adults had another, and none of it really matched. it was lame and kinda ruined our whole family photo plan. Super annoying

"Print looked a bit different than I expected"
I wasn’t really thrilled with the print, to be honest. It looked cute on the site, but in person it seemed a little cheaper and kind of messy. The colors were duller than I expected, and the placement felt a bit off, almost like it was cut from a less flattering part of the fabric.
For the price, I guess I just expected the design to look closer to the photos. It might not bother everyone, but it didn’t really work for me, and I probably wouldn’t order it again

"Returning it was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
Trying to return the swimwear was just a pain. The instructions were confusing, then I’d send a message and wait forever for a reply, and by that point I was already annoyed. I don’t know, it felt like I had to keep chasing them for every little thing. The swimsuit itself wasn’t even the main issue anymore, it was the whole return process. Definitely not ordering again, just not worth the stress.

"Not enough info"
I was looking at swimwear, but the descriptions were too vague. Nice photos, sure. But I needed details. Fit. Fabric. Sizing. Especially at that price. I didn’t feel confident, so I left. Needs to be clearer.

"Shipping was just too much"
I got all the way to checkout and saw the shipping cost, and it was way too high. I ended up just closing the page. The swimsuits might be cute, but the shipping price completely ruined it for me.

"I tried to place an order..."
I tried to place an order with Infamous Swim and the payment just kept failing, even though there was nothing wrong with my card. Then a pending charge showed up in my bank account, but I never got an order confirmation, so I had no idea what was going on. I ended up having to wait around and contact support, the way they explained it made me feel a bit talked down to, like I didn’t understand how checkout works. The whole thing was frustrating and not smooth at all. I wouldn’t bother trying again.

"Didn’t look like the photos"
The swimsuit I got from Infamous Swim just didn’t match the pictures. The color was off, and the fit looked way better online. Felt a little misleading. I probably wouldn’t order again

"Decent service, just a little slow"
From what I remember, I had to reach out to Infamous Swim because I wasn’t totally sure whether my order had shipped yet. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, and I ended up sending one follow-up message before I heard anything.

Once they replied, the answer was actually helpful, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t the quickest customer service I’ve had, so looking back I’d say it was average overall.
